Policy on Attendance at events,

Privacy, and Respect of other Attendees

People have a right to feel safe and free from harassment or potential harassment at Wood Henge and/or FolkvangR Kindred Functions and events.

To that effect,

Persons attending and/or participating in Wood Henge or FolkvangR Kindred Events, Functions, or Forums are required to maintain Frith and personal issues are to be left home. Persons seeking to redress or deal with personal issues maybe asked to leave and may be asked not to attend future events until the issues have been resolved. In the event that they refuse to cease dealing with personal issues and/or refuse to leave when asked, the Police may be called.

Persons attending and/or participating in Wood Henge or FolkvangR Kindred Events, Functions or Forums agree to respect the confidentially and rights to privacy, of other attendees and not divulge specific information or identities regarding other attendees, to parties not in attendance, and/or parties who are not current and active members of FolkvangR Kindred or the Wood Henge community. This is not intended to restrict general discussion and dissemination of information, nor is it intended to promote a culture of secrecy, but rather seeks to define a culture of respect and confidentiality with respect to the rights and wishes of other attendees.

Attendance at an event will constitute agreement to the above, as if read, signed, and sealed individually.
